1. Tap the Speaker icon to enable speakerphone.
   
2. Tap the Microphone icon to mute the microphone.
   
3. Tap the Hold icon to place the current call on hold.
   
4. Tap the Add Call icon to add another call to the current call.
   
5. Tap the Note icon to take a note while on the call.
   
6. Tap the Keypad icon to display the keypad on screen.
   
7. Tap Hang up to end the call.
   
8. Tap the Contacts icon to view contacts.
