1. To backup contacts, from the home screen, tap Apps.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap Contacts.
   
3. Tap the Menu icon.
   
4. Tap Manage contacts.
   
5. Tap Import/export.
   
6. Tap Export to storage.
   
7. Tap All contacts.
   
8. Tap OK.
   
9. To backup images, from the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
10. Swipe to, then tap File Manager.
    
11. Navigate to, then tap the checkbox of the desired folder(s) or file(s).
    
12. Tap the Copy icon.
    
13. Tap the Storage select field.
    
14. Tap MicroSD.
    
15. Tap the Paste icon.
