App troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. From the home screen, swipe down from the notification bar.

  2. Then tap the Settings icon.

  3. Scroll to the Applications section and tap Application manager.

  4. Scroll to, then tap the Desired app.

  5. To force stop the app, tap FORCE STOP

  6. To clear cache data, tap Storage.

  7. Tap CLEAR CACHE.

  8. To uninstall an app, from the Play Store, tap the Menu icon.

  9. Tap My apps & games.

  10. Scroll to, then tap the desired app.

  11. Tap UNINSTALL.

  12. Tap OK.

  13. To reinstall the app, tap INSTALL.
    Note: If prompted, tap ACCEPT.

  14. To update an app, from My apps & games, scroll to, then tap the Desired app marked with "UPDATE".

  15. Tap UPDATE.

  16. If prompted, tap ACCEPT.
