1. From the home screen, tap Camera.
   
2. Tap the Switch camera icon to switch between the front and rear facing cameras.
   
3. Tap the Camera icon to take a picture.
   
4. Slide the Photo/Video toggle to the Video icon to switch to video.
   
5. Tap the Record icon to begin recording.
   
6. Tap the Pause icon to pause the recording.
   
7. Tap the Stop icon to end and save the recording.
   
8. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 comes equipped with a 5MP rear facing camera, and a 1.3MP front facing camera. The video recorder is 720p.
