1. From the home screen, tap Browser.
   
2. Tap the More icon.
   
3. Tap Settings.
   
4. Tap the desired category to view and edit Browser settings.
   
5. To block or unblock pop-ups, tap Privacy and Security.
   
6. Tap the Block Pop-ups switch to turn it on or off.
   
7. To clear the browser cache and all cookies, scroll to and then tap Clear History.
   
8. Tap Clear Cookies and Other Data.
   
9. To change the browser home screen, navigate to the desired webpage.
   
10. Tap the Menu icon.
    
11. Tap Add to Home Screen.
    
12. Enter the desired name, then tap Save.
