1. From the home screen, press the Menu key.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Lock screen.
   
4. Tap Screen lock.
   
5. Tap the desired option.
   Note: This tutorial selects 'PIN'.
   
6. Enter the desired lock code.
   
7. Tap Continue.
   
8. Re-enter the chosen lock code.
   
9. Tap OK.
   
10. Enter the chosen PIN, then tap OK to unlock.
    
11. To change a security code, from the home screen, press the Menu key.
    
12. Tap Settings.
    
13. Scroll to, then tap Lock screen.
    
14. Tap Screen lock.
    
15. Enter the current lock code.
    
16. Tap Continue.
    
17. Tap the desired option to set up a new lock code.
