Email settings

Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.

  1. From the home screen, tap Email.

  3. Tap Settings.

  5. To adjust your signature, tap Signature.

  6. Enter your desired signature, then tap Done.

  7. Tap the Signature switch to enable and disable your signature.

  8. If there is more than one account, tap the Default account checkbox to set this account as the default account.

  9. To change sync settings, scroll to "Sync settings", then tap Sync schedule.

  10. To change your notification tone, scroll to "Notifications settings", then tap Select ringtone.

  11. Tap the desired notification ringtone, then tap OK.

  12. To change your password, scroll to "Server settings", then tap Incoming settings.

  13. Enter the new password, and edit any other desired settings, then tap Done.

  14. Press the Back key.

  15. To delete an account, tap the Remove icon.

  16. Tap the desired account to remove, then tap Delete.
