Block or unblock devices

This article describes how to block/unblock devices from connecting.

  1. From the Elevate Manager, click Wi-F user.
    Note: Whenever you block or unblock devices, the Wi-Fi radio resets to activate the new settings. Any devices connected to the mobile hotspot will be disconnected when the Wi-Fi radio resets.

  2. Next to the desired device, click the Block checkbox.

  5. To unblock devices, from the homepage, click Advanced settings.

  6. Click Wi-Fi.

  7. Click MAC Filter.

  8. Click the Delete button next to the device you wish to unblock.

  9. Click Ok to confirm.

  10. If prompted, click Ok to restart Wi-Fi.
    Note: This will temporarily disconnect all Wi-Fi users.
