1. From the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
   
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
   
3. Tap Settings.
   
4. Tap Show My Number.
   
5. Tap the 'Allow My Number To Appear When Calling' switch to block/unblock your number on caller ID.
   Note: To block your Caller ID on a per-call basis, dial *67 before the 10-digit phone number.
