1. From the home screen, tap BlackBerry Hub.
   
2. BlackBerry Hub will display messages and notifications for all accounts linked to the device. To view emails from a single inbox, tap the Left menu icon.
   
3. Tap the desired email account.
   
4. To refresh the inbox, tap the Right menu icon.
   
5. Tap Refresh.
   
6. Tap to open the desired email.
   
7. To view an attachment, tap the desired attachment.
   
8. To save the selected attachment, tap the screen to access options.
   
9. Tap Save As.
   
10. Edit the filename and storage location as desired, then tap Save.
    
11. To reply to the author of an email, tap Reply.
    
12. To reply to the author and to all other recipients of an email, tap Reply All.
    
13. To forward an email to new recipients, tap Forward.
    
14. To delete an email, tap the Menu icon.
    
15. Tap Delete.
    
16. Select the desired options, then tap Delete.
    
17. To send a new email, tap Compose.
    
18. Tap the To field and enter the desired recipients.
    
19. Tap the Subject field then enter the desired subject.
    
20. Tap the Message field, then enter the desired message.
    
21. To attach a file, tap the Attachment icon, then follow the on-screen prompts.
    
22. To send, tap Send.
    
23. When a new email is received, a Notification icon will display in the upper-right corner of the BlackBerry Hub icon on the home screen.
