1. From the home screen, tap BBM.
   
2. If prompted, tap Continue.
   
3. To send a new message, tap Contacts.
   
4. Tap the desired contact.
   
5. Tap the Enter message field, then enter the desired message.
   
6. To attach a file, tap the Attachment icon then follow on-screen prompts.
   
7. Tap the Send icon or press the Return key to send.
   
8. To start a video chat, tap the Video icon.
   
9. Tap BBM Video.
   
10. When you receive a new BBM, a Notification icon will display in the upper-right corner of the BBM icon on the home screen.
    
11. Tap BBM to view your messages.
    
12. Tap the desired chat to view.
    
13. To view an attachment, tap the desired attachment.
    
14. To save an attachment, tap the Menu icon.
    
15. Tap Save As.
    
16. Edit the filename and storage location as desired, then tap Save.
    Note: The selected storage location is displayed in the upper-left corner of the display, beneath the 'Cancel' button.
    
17. To delete the current chat, tap the Menu icon.
    
18. Tap End Chat.
    
19. Tap End chat.
