1. To remove the battery cover, using the provided tool, loosen the screws in the back cover.
   
2. Remove the battery cover using the indent in the back of the device.
   
3. To insert a MicroSD card, slide down on the MicroSD Card Slot panel, then lift the panel from the side closest to the top of the device to open.
   
4. Place the MicroSD card into the MicroSD Card Slot as shown.
   Note: To prevent data corruption, it is recommended to unmount your memory card before removing it. To unmount your memory card, tap Settings > Storage > Unmount SD Card.
   
5. Close the MicroSD Card Slot panel, then press down on the panel while sliding it up to lock it in place.
   
6. To insert a MicroSIM card, insert the MicroSIM card into the MicroSIM card slot as shown.
   
7. To insert the battery, place the Battery in the Battery compartment making sure the gold contacts on the battery are aligned with the contacts in the battery compartment.
   
8. Replace the cover, then use the provided tool to tighten the screws until the cover is firmly secured.
   
9. If a SIM is not inserted in the device, the Missing SIM icon will display in the Notifications bar.
