1. From the home screen, tap Camera.
   
2. To change shooting modes, tap MODE.
   
3. To apply filters, tap the Right arrow icon.
   
4. To switch between the front and rear camera, tap the Switch icon.
   
5. To take a picture, tap the Camera icon.
   
6. To take a video, tap the Camcorder icon.
   
7. To take a photo while recording, tap the Camera icon.
   
8. To pause the recording, tap the Pause icon.
   
9. Tap the Record icon to resume recording.
   
10. Tap the Stop icon to stop and save the recording.
    
11. Tap the Gallery icon to view saved pictures and videos.
    Note: To edit saved photos, tap the Gallery icon > Swipe to the desired photo > Tap anywhere to display options > Tap the Edit icon. Alternatively, from the home screen, swipe to then tap Gallery > Navigate to the desired photo > Tap anywhere to display options > Press the Menu key > Tap Edit.
    
12. The Galaxy S4 Mini rear camera is 8MP and the front camera is 1.9MP. The video recorder is up to 1080p.
    Note: To take a screen shot, press and hold the Home and Power buttons at the same time until you hear the camera shutter sound and a short flashing animation. To view captured screen shots tap the Gallery or Photos app.
