1. To make a call, from the home screen, tap Phone.
   
2. Dial the desired number, then tap the Call icon.
   
3. To answer an incoming call, drag the Call icon to the right.
   
4. To ignore an incoming call, drag the Ignore icon to the left.
   
5. To reject an incoming call and reply with a text message, drag the 'Reject call with message' tab up.
   Note: When in 'Easy' mode, you can't reject a call with a message, or see caller ID information.
   
6. Tap the Send icon to send the desired message.
   Note: To create or edit text message replies, from the home screen, tap Phone > Menu key > Call settings > Set up call rejection messages
   
7. To use call waiting, while on a call, drag the Answer icon to the right to answer an incoming call.
   
8. Tap the desired option.
   
9. When connected to a call, the Call icon will display in the notification bar.
