Insert SIM & memory card

Install and remove the SIM and memory card (MicroSD).

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. If a SIM is not in the device the “Missing SIM Icon” will display in the Notification bar when the device is turned on.

  2. The Sim Card tray is located under the back plate of the device. Use the notch at the bottom of the device to take the plate off.

  3. Open the SIM/SD card cover.

  4. Lift the flap of the SIM tray to unlock it, and insert the SIM behind the two small tabs on the SIM tray according to the illustration on the device. Lower the flap of the SIM tray and slide it down to lock it.

  5. To insert a MicroSD memory card (sold separately), slide the Memory Card into the appropriate slot as per the illustration on the device.

  6. To ensure that your phone is waterproof, make sure the SIM/microSD card holder cover is properly sealed when you close it.
    Note: The device is certified for IP57; protection against dust and water immersion for up to 30 minutes in up to 3.28 feet (1 meter) of water. Phone is not intended to operate underwater.
