1. To remove an app from the Start screen, touch and hold the Desired app.
   Note: For this demonstration, AT&T Connect was used.
   
2. Tap the Unpin icon.
   
3. To remove or uninstall an app from your phone, from the Start screen, swipe left to access the App list.
   
4. Touch and hold the Desired app from the App List.
   
5. Tap uninstall.
   
6. Tap yes to complete.
   Note: Some pre-installed applications cannot be uninstalled from the device.
