1. While on an active call, press the Volume buttons to adjust the call volume.
   
2. You can access the expanded volume icon, by tapping the More icon.
   
3. Slide to Desired volume.  To close, tap the Less icon.
   
4. To enable speakerphone, tap speaker.
   
5. To mute your microphone, tap mute.
   
6. Tap Bluetooth to connect to a Bluetooth headset.
   
7. Tap the Keypad icon to display the keypad.
   
8. Tap the Keypad icon again to hide keypad.
   
9. To access the Menu, tap the Back key to get the call history.
   
10. From the call history, tap the Menu Key icon to expand the Menu options.
    
11. Select the Desired action from the menu options.
    
12. To make another call, tap add call.
    
13. To end a call, tap end call.
    
14. To place the current call on hold, tap hold.
    
15. Press the Start key to return to the Start screen while staying connected to the current call.
    
16. To return to the call, tap the Notification bar to open phone window.
