1. This device is available with 32GB of internal, 3GB usable memory and the option to add a MicroSD card (sold separately) up to 200GB.
   
2. To check available device storage, swipe down from the top of the screen then tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Scroll to and tap Storage & USB.
   
4. The device storage summary will be displayed beneath PHONE STORAGE.
   
5. To check memory card storage, scroll to REMOVABLE STORAGE.
   
6. To free up memory on your device, delete unwanted pictures and videos by tapping Gallery > select desired file > tap Delete. Free up music by tapping Music > select desired file > tap Delete.
   
7. Remove unused apps by tapping Settings icon > Apps > select desired app > tap Uninstall.
   Note: Some apps cannot be uninstalled, instead you will be given the option to Disable.
   
8. Clear app data by tapping Settings icon > Apps > select desired app > Storage > tap Clear data.
   
9. Purchase an SD memory card to expand your device memory.
