1. From the home screen, tap the Messaging icon.
   
2. Tap the Menu icon, then tap Settings.
   
3. To adjust text message settings and view the 'Service Center' number, tap Text messages (SMS).
   
4. To adjust multimedia message settings, tap Multimedia messages (MMS).
   
5. To adjust notifications settings, tap Notifications.
   
6. To change the notifications sound, tap Notification sound and then tap the Desired option.
   
7. To change the display options, tap General > Thread wallpaper or Change bubble colors.
   
8. To adjust the font size, scroll to then tap Font size for thread display.
   
9. To adjust text/multimedia message limit scroll to and tap Text message limit or Multimedia message limit.
   
10. To restore the default settings, tap the Menu icon and then tap Restore default settings.
