1. Accessibility features allow you to improve the usability of your device for users affected by impaired vision or hearing, cognitive difficulty, or reduced dexterity.
   
2. Drag down from the top of the screen, then tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Scroll to and tap Accessibility.
   
4. To turn TalkBack, tap TalkBack.
   
5. Tap the TalkBack on/off button.
   
6. Tap OK.
   
7. To turn off Talk Back, draw an L shape with your finger and follow the prompts.
   
8. To turn Flash Alerts on and off, from the Settings menu scroll down to and tap Sounds & notifications.
   
9. Scroll to and tap  Flash notifications to turn on & off and select your desired choice.
