App troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. To clear app cache, swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap the Settings icon.

  2. Scroll to and tap Application manager.

  3. Swipe to the ALL tab and tap the desired application.

  5. To stop an app, tap FORCE STOP.

  6. Tap OK.

  7. To update an app, from the Play store, tap the Menu tab.

  8. Tap My apps.

  9. Tap on desired application that requires an UPDATE.

  10. Tap UPDATE.

  11. Tap ACCEPT.

  12. To uninstall an app, tap UNINSTALL.

  14. To re-install, tap INSTALL.
