1. To access email settings, from the home screen, tap the Apps icon, then tap the Email icon.
   
2. Tap the Menu icon.
   
3. Tap Settings.
   
4. To add a new account, tap Add account.
   
5. Follow the on screen prompts to add an account.
   
6. To edit sync settings for an existing account, tap the desired account.
   
7. Tap Sync frequency to adjust frequency setting.
   
8. Tap the Desired sync frequency.
   
9. To add an email signature, tap Signature.
   
10. Adjust signature as desired, then tap OK.
    
11. To edit your signature, tap Signature and edit as desired.
    
12. To edit incoming and outgoing server settings, scroll to Server settings, then tap on Incoming or Outgoing settings. Edit as desired and follow the on screen prompts.
    
13. To delete an account from your device, from Settings go to Accounts > select desired account > Tap the account > Sync Menu icon.
    
14. Tap Remove account.
    
15. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
