1. To troubleshoot mobile hotspot Wi-Fi not found make sure the device is awake. Wi-Fi standby by default will stop broacasting the Wi-Fi network after 15 minutes of inactivity. Tap the Power button to start broadcasting.
   
2. Make sure your device is not blocked, to check, from the homescreen, tap Wi-Fi.
   
3. Tap Devices.
   
4. Tap Blocked Device List and make sure your device is not listed.
