1. Accessibility features allow you to improve the usability of your device for users affected by impaired vision or hearing, cognitive difficulty, or reduced dexterity.
   
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Scroll to and tap Accessibility.
   
4. Tap TalkBack to turn on.
   Note: To access TalkBack settings and other features, draw an L shape with your finger and follow the prompts.
   
5. Tap the TalkBack toggle to turn off. Then tap OK.
   
6. To turn Flash Alerts on and off, from the 'Settings' screen, scroll down to and tap More.
   
7. Tap Emergency Alerts. 
   
8. Select your Desired option to turn off and on by selecting or de-selecting the check boxes.
