1. From the lock screen, swipe up to access the Start screen.
   
2. Swipe left to view the Apps list.
   
3. To use an app pinned to the Start screen, tap the Tile.
   
4. To remove or resize a tile on the Home Screen, tap and hold the Tile.
   
5. Silence incoming calls by placing the phone face down on a flat surface.
   Note: To turn this feature on or off, swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap ALL SETTINGS>Extras >audio>enhancements>Flip to silence.
