Email settings

Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. To access email settings, from the home screen, tap Email.

  4. Tap Manage accounts.

  5. To add a new account, tap the Add icon, then follow the prompts to add a new account.

  6. To edit settings for an existing account, tap the Desired account.

  7. Tap Sync settings.

  8. To adjust the sync schedule, tap Sync schedule.

  9. Tap Set sync schedule, and tap the Desired sync schedule.

  10. Tap Sync Email to turn syncing on/off.

  11. Edit additional sync settings as desired.

  12. To edit your email signature, tap Signature.

  13. Tap the Signature switch to toggle an email signature on/off.

  14. To edit your signature, tap Edit signature.

  15. To change your password, tap Password.

  16. Enter your new password, then tap OK.

  17. To change email account incoming and outgoing server settings, scroll down and tap MORE SETTINGS.

  18. Tap Incoming settings or Outgoing settings, then edit as desired.

  19. To delete the selected account from your device, Settings > GENERAL > Accounts > select Desired account > More icon > Remove account > tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
