App Troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. To clear your app cache, swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon.

  3. Select the Desired app.

  4. Select Storage.

  5. Select CLEAR CACHE.

  6. To stop an app via the Usage Manager, in the apps tab, open the Usage Manager app.

  7. Select Close all to stop all running apps.

  8. To see if an app update is available, select the Play Store icon.

  9. Select the Menu icon.

  10. Select My apps & games.

  11. Select the Desired app you would like to update.

  12. Select Update.

  13. Select Continue.

  14. To remove an app, select UNINSTALL.

  15. Select OK.
    Note: To reinstall an app, from the Play Store, search for and select the Desired app, then select INSTALL.
