Check the available device storage.

This device is available with approximately 16GB of internal, usable memory and the option to add a MicroSD card (sold separately) up to 64GB. To view device memory, swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon.
Scroll to the Personal section, then select Storage.
Available internal memory and portable storage memory space will be listed.
To free up memory on your device, delete unwanted pictures, music. Open the Gallery app > select the Desired album > select and hold the Desired photo > select the Delete icon.
Note: For this tutorial, we will select Pictures, videos.
To remove unused apps, from the Settings screen, scroll to the Device section, then select Apps.
Select the Desired app.
Select Storage.
From here, you may Clear data or Clear cache from the app.
