Send & Receive Email
Add and download email attachments, respond to an email and more.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- When a new email is received, the new Email icon will display in the Notification bar. When a new Gmail message is received, the new Gmail icon will display in the Notification bar.
Note: In order to send and receive email, you must have already set up an email account.
- VIEW RECEIVED EMAIL: Select the Mail app from the home screen.
- REFRESH INBOX: Â Swipe down on the Inbox screen.
Note: When in "Easy" mode, you can't see the last time the inbox was updated.
- VIEW AN EMAIL:  Select the desired email.
- RESPOND TO EMAIL: Select the REPLY icon to reply to the sender. Select the REPLY ALL icon to reply to all recipients. Â Select the FORWARD icon to forward the email to another recipient.
- VIEW/SAVE ATTACHMENT: Select the desired attachment to download. Select Download icon then select the attachment to view.
Note: To view saved attachments, tap the Apps icon > Gallery icon > Download album.
- SEND EMAIL: Select the Compose icon.
- Enter the desired recipient, or select the Contact icon, subject and message in the appropriate field. To change which email account you are sending from, select the drop down icon, then select the desired email address.
- ADD AN ATTACHMENT: Select the Attach icon, then follow the prompts.
- SEND AN EMAIL: Select the Send icon.
- DELETE A MESSAGE: Select and hold the desired message, then select Delete.Â
- CHANGE INBOXES: Select the Menu icon at the upper-left hand side of the screen, then select the desired inbox.
Note: The option to change inboxes is available only when multiple email accounts are configured.
