Use S Health to help manage your health by tracking statistics, heart rate and your exercise program.

ACCESS S HEALTH: From the clock screen, press the Power/Home button. Note: Samsung S Health turns your device into a personal-health-management powerhouse. You can track health statistics, like blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and weight. You can view and track environmental conditions, and even track your exercise regimen.
Rotate the bezel to and select the Samsung Health app.
Your calories burned for the day will be displayed.
Rotate the bezel to and select Steps. The pedometer will be displayed. Note: The pedometer tracks your steps, select for more detailed step information.
Rotate the bezel to and select Exercise. Select WORK OUT to view work out options. Note: The exercise app helps you keep track of your exercise routines, calories burned, length of time and distance traveled.
Rotate the bezel to and select Heart rate, then select MEASURE to measure your heart rate.
