Call Forwarding

Manage call forwarding from your device.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO

TURN ON CALL FORWARDING: From the home screen, press the App tray button. Press the left directional button to highlight the Phone app, then press the Select button.
Press the Options button > down directional button to scroll to Call settings > Select button > down directional button to highlight Calls > Select button.
Press the down directional button to scroll to Call forwarding, then press the Select button. Press the Select button to select Voice.
Press the Select button to select Always forward. Enter the desired Forwarding number, then press the down directional button to highlight TURN ON > Select button.
When call forwarding is turned on, the Call forwarding icon will be displayed in the Notification bar.
TURN OFF CALL FORWARDING: From the Call forwarding settings screen, press the Select button to select Always forward.
Press the down direction buttons to highlight TURN OFF, then press the Select button.
Note: To change the call forwarding number, edit the number then press the directional buttons to navigate to UPDATE > Select button.
