The federal government has announced a potential end to the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) in April 2024 due to lack of additional funding. As of 2/7 at 11:59pm ET, customers can no longer enroll in the ACP. &nbsp;If you de-enroll a customer after this time, they will not be able to re-enroll. &nbsp;You can still use Update to make changes to customer&rsquo;s enrollment information (e.g., address change, etc.). &nbsp;Customers may transfer their ACP benefit to AT&amp;T or from AT&amp;T to other Service Providers but if the program ends all customers will have the ACP benefit removed.
