Task: Make a Call

Steps

You can initiate a call in two ways. On many pages, such as Contacts or My Calls, you can select the telephone icon to use the "Click-to-Call" capability. You can also use the Make a Call dialing screen, shown here.

Select Make a Call from anywhere in HIPCS.

From the drop-down menu, select the number you are calling from (in most cases, your primary work phone number).

Enter the phone number you are calling.

If applicable, select the appropriate billing code for the call.

Select Dial to place the call.
