Task: Set Call Forwarding Preferences |

StepsYou can select one of four options when telling HIPCS how you would like your calls to be forwarded: ![]() Select "Have all calls ring my work phone first" when you are going to be working at your desk the majority of the time. ![]() Select "Forward calls based on who's calling…" to use one of your Caller ID Routing Plans as your Call Forwarding preference. ![]() Select "Forward all calls to voice mail" in situations when you do not want to be disturbed by incoming calls, such as during important meetings. ![]() Select "Forward all calls to…" if there is another number you wish your calls to be sent to. ![]() Select Activate to confirm your Call Forwarding preference. |
