Task: Set Call Forwarding Preferences

Steps

You can select one of four options when telling HIPCS how you would like your calls to be forwarded:

Step 1

Select "Have all calls ring my work phone first" when you are going to be working at your desk the majority of the time.

Step 2

Select "Forward calls based on who's calling…" to use one of your Caller ID Routing Plans as your Call Forwarding preference.

Step 3

Select "Forward all calls to voice mail" in situations when you do not want to be disturbed by incoming calls, such as during important meetings.

Step 4

Select "Forward all calls to…" if there is another number you wish your calls to be sent to.

Step 5

Select Activate to confirm your Call Forwarding preference.
