Add and Edit Class of Service Templates
When adding or editing a Class of Service Template, you will see this page.
Establishing Class of Service Templates is the only way to manage individual features for Employees. To save you time, it may be helpful to establish your COS Templates before you begin to add large numbers of Employees to HIPCS.
Enter a name and description for the Class of Service Template.
For full definitions and descriptions of each service feature and dialing restriction, go to Help.
Highlights
A service list is an AT&T feature package that defines the specific features allowed on a HIPCS station. The service list options are "Basic," "Basic Plus," and "Complete." When you select a service list from the pull-down menu, the appropriate checkboxes next to the features and restrictions below will be checked.
