Class of Service Templates

Class of Service Templates are preset collections of feature services and dialing restrictions that can be assigned to Employees.

For example: You may want to establish COS Templates for different types of Employees in your company (Road Warriors, Administrative, Execs, New Hires, etc.) or IP Phone uses (conference room, hallway, etc.)

Select a Class of Service Template name to view and edit information about it.

Select an underlined column header to sort the entries by that column. Selecting the header again will reverse the order.

Select Add Class of Service Template to add a new Class of Service Template.
