Task: Change Password and Security Question

You use this password to log in to the Admin Tool. If you forget your password, the security question is a way for HICPS to verify your identity before issuing you a new password. To change them:

Steps

Select "Change Password" on the Support page.

Enter the password you currently use to log into the Admin Tool.

Enter and confirm your new password. Select "Password Rules" to view criteria your new password must meet.

Select a security question from the pull-down menu and enter your answer in the field.

Select Save to change your password and security question.
