Yes. Your wireless plan is subject to the same data rules in Mexico as it is in the U.S., although network speeds can be slower outside of the U.S. (as low as 2G).

Your plan&rsquo;s data limits apply in Mexico just like they do in the U.S. If you use 22GB of data, regardless of location within North America, your speeds may slow when the network is particularly busy.

When your network speed is slowed, it usually indicates that the network you&rsquo;re connected to doesn&rsquo;t have 3G capabilities. AT&amp;T contracts with carriers and providers in Mexico to provide coverage to our customers, but not all carriers provide the same speeds. This can vary based on location.

If you are dialing a Mexican phone number, dial +52 (Mexico&rsquo;s country code), then 1, followed by the area code and phone number. If your phone&rsquo;s keypad does not show a + sign, press and hold the 0 key until the + sign appears.

To dial a U.S. number from Mexico, you would simply need to dial +1 and the 10-digit number.
