For the 12-month plan, you pay $300 up front (at the time of purchase) for 12 months of service. For the 3-month plan you pay $99 upfront (at the time of purchase) for 3 months of service.

What’s the benefit of a prepaid multi-month cell phone plan?

By paying upfront for a multi-month plan, you get lower overall monthly costs for similar plans than when you pay monthly. Also, you don’t have to worry about paying every month—all while enjoying fast, reliable wireless service.

What’s the benefit of the 12-month plan versus the 3-month plan?

Our 12-month plan offers the biggest savings over time (paying only $25/mo. versus $33/mo. for the 3-month plan). An annual plan is a great option if you’re sending your kid back to school, or if you get a tax return or have some extra cash on hand, because you can get 12 months of service in one transaction. No worrying about a break in service, or another payment for the whole 12-month period. If you’d rather try the 3-month plan instead, you still get a great discount.

Either way, paying up front for a 3- or 12-month plan is cheaper than paying month-to-month.

When will I be charged each month if I’m signed up for AutoPay?

Monthly plan customers are charged on the 29th day of service.
12-month plan customers are charged on the 359th day of service.
3-month plan customers are charged on the 90th day of service.
Non-monthly customers are charged 1 day before balance expiration.
