The manger santino needs to be be retrained. My wife and I went in to get phone and a better plan. My wife wanted the 12 mini but ended up getting the 13 because my daughter wanted the 13 but her phone was not trade worth. We got my daughter the 12 mini the last one they had and my wife got the 13 in hope of my daughter still wanted the mini her and my could trade phones. My daughter liked the mini and wanted to keep it. Sati I told my wife no problem when we get in more 12 mini you can just come in and trade the 13 in for a mini. He said they get 12 mini everyday and it would not be a problem and also she could still do the 1 dollar a month deal. We waited two weeks for the phone and santino never called and the phones never came in. My wife missed the deal and santino never even attempted to make it right. Santino promised my wife the 12 mini with the 1 a month deal. He also charged us 40 dollar activation fees for our lines and and extra 5 dollars for something else. My wife was in the phone for over 5 hours in two days with customer service and they were able to refund some of our money. If Santino would have just told us the phone would not have been in we would have done something different, but he told my wife when the mini come in we will call you and we will honor the 1 dollar deal. Santino did not honor the deal and could care less and would not even try. He just kept saying “I’m sorry it was not explained to your wife better.” He was the one explaining it to us. We will never go back to this store and to be honest I would love to give the phones back and go to Verizon. The service so far has been good but the experience has left a bad taste in our mouth. If santino is the type of people AT&T hires I feel sorry for your company. An easy fix and he chose to to not help. We went to another store and totally different service. I. I needed to upgrade my iPhone. I have always dreaded doing this, I felt like the sales rep was used car sales man. I have always had bad experiences. I went and meet Kyle. He was so nice and patient. We had Gavyn P. as the person helping us out. We were there to get my wife a new phone and he was the person who helped us. After being told that we had couldn't be helped unless we had my fathers ID (which was a big deal and was resolved) he followed us around the store and awkwardly hovered us for 10 minutes bothering us about getting direct TV. Even after we told him that our home was only able to have a different provider, he kept talking down the provider we currently have saying things like "I cant believe you guys are dealing with Spectrum". It was just out of place and rude. Once we were able to get into the account and started talking about phones, we told him the phone we wanted and the size we wanted. He brought out 128G instead of the 64G and said they were out but it wasnt too much more money so we were ok with it. Then he proceeded to argue with us about purchasing insurance for the phone FOR 10 MINUTES. It literally got to the point that we were about to get up and walk out of the store. We told him we did not want the insurance upwards of 10 times before he finally gave up. It was a miserable experience and there is absolutely no way we ever return to the store just because of Gavyn. Horrible sales person to be representing AT&T. - October 9, 2018
