Managing signatures in your emails is easy. You can add, remove, or edit a signature, and adjust the font type, size, and color. You can even add links to a signature.
From your webmail inbox:
- Select the gear , and then More Settings.
- Choose Writing email.
- Toggle Signature for your email on or off.
- Enter and format the text for your signature, if you want to.
Want to change your signature? You can edit what’s in your signature text box anytime.
