Be sure to stay signed in for all of these steps:
- Go to your myAT&T Profile.
- Under Profile, find your user ID below the welcome message.
- Select Account users.
- Choose the U-verse TV or Internet account, if you have one of these services.
- Look under Member ID info for your Member ID or AT&T email.
- Go to the My linked accounts section of Profile.
- Look at the sections for DSL, Dial-up, or Email to see your Member ID or AT&T email for these services. If you have them, they are linked to this user ID.
Your ID and any email addresses you find are linked and share the same password. No matter which one you sign in with, you’ll use the same password and have access to any account or service linked to the ID.
