Set up or manage TXT-2-PAY

TXT-2-PAY makes it easy to pay your bill right from your text messages in seconds.


How TXT-2-PAY works

Once signed up for TXT-2-PAY, we’ll send you a free text message six days before your wireless bill due date. To complete payment, you must respond to this text message. Your bill won’t be paid by text if we don’t receive a response to the notification or you pay bill your bill another way.

Note: TXT-2-PAY can’t be used with AutoPay, and it isn’t available when wireless service is interrupted.

Sign up for TXT-2-PAY

From a computer or tablet:

  1. Go to TXT-2-PAY. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select the wireless number to receive the TXT-2-PAY text message.
  3. Provide your payment method and enter payment details, if prompted.
  4. Select your Sign up for TXT-2-Pay. If you have AutoPay set up on your account, we’ll cancel it.

Manage TXT-2-PAY options

Learn how to change the number you use for TXT-2-PAY, view your last payment, update the payment method or card expiration date, and discontinue TXT-2-PAY.

From a computer or tablet:

  1. Go to TXT-2-PAY. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select a new wireless number on your account to receive the TXT-2-PAY text message.
  3. Complete any of the following tasks:
    • Review last payment
    • Update payment method
    • Discontinue TXT-2-PAY
    • Update card expiration date
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your desired task.
