We'll send you an email containing further instructions.
- From the home screen, tap Settings > Cellular Data > View Account.
- Enter the email address used during activation.
- Tap the Forgot Password link then Ok to confirm reset.
Online
- Go to att.com/iPadlanding.
- Enter the email address used during activation, then select Forgot Password.
- Enter your device IMEI and ICCID from the SIM in use. To locate the IMEI and ICCID on your iPad, from the Home screen, tap Settings > General > About.
