Change the contact email of a device user

These steps will only change the contact email address for a specific device. All other email addresses on your account will remain the same.

1. Go to your account profile. Sign in, if asked.
2. Select Settings and confirm you’re updating your wireless account. Choose Switch to change accounts.
3. Choose the device user you want to update then select Edit next their Caller ID name.
4. Select Edit.
5. Enter the new Contact email and Save.
