Find out how to start or stop paperless billing.

Manage paperless settings

  1. Go to paperless billing. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Confirm the account you’re updating. Choose the account you want to manage, if you have more than one.
  3. Select Change, then choose Keep paperless billing or Cancel paperless billing.
  4. Follow the prompts, verify your email address, and finish signing up. Don't see an email? Make sure you check your spam or junk folders.
  5. Repeat these steps for each account you want to update.

FYI: You can't change paperless billing to paper bills with certain services, or if your credit status requires it. If you stop paperless billing, you'll start getting your monthly bill through U.S. mail within two billing periods.

Update billing email address

  1. Go to your account profile. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Account info and confirm the account you're updating. Select Switch to choose a different service.
  3. Choose Edit for your Email.
  4. Follow the prompts to update your email and then select Save.
  5. Check your email inbox to verify your email address and finish updating your paperless billing details. Don't see an email? Make sure you check your spam or junk folder.
