Use Smart Home Manager to find Wi-Fi info

Sign in to Smart Home Manager with your AT&T user ID and password on any computer or mobile device. Then, choose My Wi-Fi to display your network name and password.Get it

Wi-Fi gateway label

You’ll find the Wi-Fi settings on the back of your gateway. Use these settings if you haven’t changed your network name or password.
  • The Wi-Fi name is the name printed under Wi-Fi Network.
  • The Wi-Fi password is under Password. (Mac OSX users may have to enter a $ character at the beginning of the Wi-Fi password.)

Tip: To see your default Wi-Fi info and connect your device quickly, scan the QR code (black square box) on the back of your gateway.

You can also get your network info from a computer or device connected to your home Wi-Fi network. This is handy if you or someone else changed your Wi-Fi name or password.
  1. Go to your gateway settings.
  2. Select Home Network and then Wi-Fi.
  3. In the Access Code field, enter the Device Access Code located on the back of your gateway.
  4. Select Continue. You’ll see the Wi-Fi name and password for each of your radios.
