Get help with common U-verse TV receiver issues.
You can fix many receiver problems by restarting your receiver. Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds. This can take up to 8 minutes and will stop any DVR recordings in progress. If you have more than one receiver, restart your Wi-Fi gateway or All-Fi Hub by unplugging it from its power source. Wait a few minutes, then plug it back in.
My receiver and TV are on, but I still can't see TV content
Check your TV menu setup. Be sure the proper input or source setting’s selected.
My receiver turns off (standby mode)
After eight hours of inactivity, your receiver goes to standby mode. This feature conserves energy. To stop your receiver from going to standby, just press any key on your remote, like OK, Guide, or Options. This restarts the eight-hour cycle.
My receiver doesn't respond to the remote control
Check the batteries by pressing the AT&T button on the remote. If you see a red light, the batteries are good. If you don’t see a red light or the red light’s dim, replace the batteries.
