Get support on your TV

The Help Center is a collection of tips, tools, and resources all in one place. To get there using your U-verse remote:
  1. Press MENU.
  2. Select Help. 
  3. Select Information.
  4. Scroll to Help Center and press OK. 
To learn what each area offers, highlight that section using the directional arrows of your remote, and a description of that section displays in the top-right corner of the screen. Also on the main screen are Did You Know? tips and the latest messages from the Message Center. For more assistance, visit U-verse TV support.

Help videos
We offer a variety of support videos on U-verse TV to assist you. Choose from a wide range of topics to learn about new features and functionality of your TV services.

Remote Control Setup Tool
Our TV Remote Control Setup Tool helps you program your remote control to control your TV and other devices. Use this tool to guide you through the options and process of programming, regardless of which remote you have. Simply select your remote from the menu by matching image and model number (located on the back of the remote), and then follow the on screen instructions.

Troubleshoot & Resolve
You can troubleshoot issues with any of your services (TV, Internet, and Phone) right on the TV and find the solution you need. We can test your system and attempt to diagnose the problem. Step-by-step instructions help you find the source of the problem and make it right. To get started, use your remote: 
  1. Press MENU.
  2. Select Help.
  3. Select Information.
  4. Scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve and press OK.
  5. Pick the product that is having the issue.
  6. Answer the questions posed by the tool.
Note: If you have an existing technician appointment scheduled, Tech Dispatch will display as a selection. Use this selection to change or cancel the appointment.

Message Center
The Message Center offers brief messages highlighting new or interesting features. Use your remote to select a message then select OK to get more details.

Account Manager
View an account summary of your TV, Internet, and Phone services with the Account Manager. You can also upgrade your TV package, add premium movie channels, and make changes to a service.

Learn easy steps for getting the most from your:

  • Internet service 
  • Phone service 
This guide covers a wide variety of topics with details, links, and helpful images. You can also learn about Mobile apps and get answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

Interactive Tutorials
Our Interactive Tutorials simulate the actual screens and steps to take when accomplishing the described tasks. You can use your remote to select a task from the following list:
  • How to Access Recorded Content
  • How to Access On Demand Content
  • How to Pause, Fast Forward, and Rewind TV
  • How to Record an Episode or Series
  • How to Set a Favorite Channel
