Learn how to combine existing or new wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse TV, AT&T Phone or Internet services onto a single bill.

Who can combine bills
You can combine your bills online if you’re a current:

Tracking the progress for your new combined bill
Get information about your combined billing status by signing in to your myAT&T account.
The status of your new combined bill appears at the top of the page: Received, In Progress, or Ready/Complete.
You can also select See your combined bill status and account balances to access the following details about your combined bill.
You can combine your bills online if you’re a current:
- Wireless customer who also has U-verse TV or DIRECTV® service.
- Wireless customer who gets new DIRECTV service.
- DIRECTV customer who gets new AT&T Internet or Phone service.
- If you don’t currently have AT&T wireless or DIRECTV service, contact us to combine your bills.
How to combine accounts or add a new service
- Go to the multi-account page and enter your ID and password for all the accounts you have now.
- Under Want to verify another account?, select Continue to shop.
- Enter the address where you have your service and select Check availability.
- Follow the steps to complete your order. We’ll show you which accounts you’ll see on your new bill when you get to the Cart summary.
Tracking the progress for your new combined bill
Get information about your combined billing status by signing in to your myAT&T account.
The status of your new combined bill appears at the top of the page: Received, In Progress, or Ready/Complete.
You can also select See your combined bill status and account balances to access the following details about your combined bill.
- Real time account balances
- Balance transfer information
- New combined account balance
- AutoPay updates (if applicable)
Important details about the combining process
- Continue paying your separate bills until your new Combined Bill arrives. It may take up to two months for your bills to be combined.
- When you combine your bills, past usage details for wireless text, talk, and data will no longer be available. To save this information, sign in and download it. Learn how to download your usage details.
- You can view your pre-Combined Bills online. Learn how to view your billing history.
AutoPay and Paperless Billing account settings
Existing U-verse TV, AT&T Phone or Internet customers
Your enrollment in AutoPay or Paperless Billing automatically carries over to your Combined Bill if you have U-verse TV, AT&T Internet or Phone.
Existing wireless and DIRECTV customers
AutoPay and Paperless Billing don’t automatically carry over from your separate wireless and DIRECTV accounts. You’ll need to sign up for them again.
Your enrollment in AutoPay or Paperless Billing automatically carries over to your Combined Bill if you have U-verse TV, AT&T Internet or Phone.
Existing wireless and DIRECTV customers
AutoPay and Paperless Billing don’t automatically carry over from your separate wireless and DIRECTV accounts. You’ll need to sign up for them again.
